Puyallup Real Estate Overview

When it’s not fall, and the State Fair isn’t taking place, there’s still much to do in Puyallup. The South Hill Mall attracts many visitors from the surrounding area. The Mall offers the best shopping outside of Seattle. It features a large movie theater showing the latest blockbusters, over 100 stores with shopping and dining options, and entertaining and educational industry expos.

Two museums are in Puyallup, one of which is a house in Pierce County itself. The Meeker Mansion is a beautiful Victorian home, built in 1890. It now serves the purpose to show people the grandeur of the time and can also be used to host weddings, teas or other social events.

The Paul H. Karshner Museum is a K–12 teaching museum. If fact, it’s the only one owned and operated by a school district west of the Mississippi. The education and curriculum-based program serves the Puyallup School District's 20,000 K–12 student population.

Puyallup is well-known for its education being top notch. Many families have moved their children into the district for the opportunities offered here. With the Puyallup School District leading the way, students can learn and grow with the right tools and options. Puyallup has also been home to Pierce College since 1990.

Simply put, Puyallup is home to many of Washingtonians favorite activities. There’s so much community involvement and excitement, but also isn’t a far drive into the surrounding hills to find a natural escape.
